Shipping area & delivery time?
You may cancel or modify your order and get a full refund within 24 working hours if no shipping notice is received. Once shipped or after receiving the notice, no changes or cancellations are allowed. You can apply for return after receiving the package.
Payment methods & payment failure?
We accept credit card, debit card and PayPal. If payment is declined, try another card or PayPal, or inform your bank about this overseas purchase. All prices include EU VAT
Return policy & shipping cost?
Return requests must be sent via email within 30 days after delivery, with original packaging and proof of purchase. We cover all fees for our quality issues. For personal reasons, you need to pay shipping fees and a €240-360 refurbishment fee.
When will I receive the refund?
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 2-3 working days after inspection. Please contact your bank if you do not receive the funds.
Warranty information?
Main parts like frame, motor and battery have a 12-month warranty. Wearing parts such as brakes and lights are covered for 6 months, tires for 1 month. Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modification is not covered.
