At BL, we cherish every customer and take customer satisfaction as our top priority. We strive to arrange shipments efficiently to deliver your goods as fast as possible. Thank you sincerely for your patience and understanding.
We offer shipping services via local mainstream carriers including UPS, FedEx and DHL across Europe. Certain remote areas are unavailable for delivery or may incur extra shipping fees. All applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout in accordance with local laws.
Notice: E-scooters and e-bikes are only available for buyers aged 18 and above. Minors must be accompanied by adults while riding.
Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping. Shipping fees are already included in product listed prices.
Shipping Coverage
All our products are delivered to Mainland Europe only. Remote islands and special territories are excluded.
Shipping Warehouse
Goods are shipped from our local warehouses in the Netherlands. Spare parts and accessories can be shipped from China warehouses.
Processing Time
·Orders placed on working days will be shipped out within 24 hours.
·Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
·Feel free to contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.

·Accessories shipped from China to Europe: about 5-8 business days

Shipping Adjustment Rules
1.Order cancellation is allowed before shipment arrangement.
2.Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you refuse parcel delivery voluntarily, you shall bear the return shipping cost.

You can check order details and shipping information after registering an official website account. Guests can track parcels directly with order numbers. For further shipping inquiries, please email us at support01@blebike.com . We will reply within 24 hours.
Important Notes
1.Delivery time may be affected by customs procedures and holiday schedules. Please contact us promptly if you fail to receive goods within the estimated time.
2.Tracking numbers may take several days to be activated in courier systems. Please check again later if no logistics information is displayed.
3.All delivery durations are reference data summarized from previous orders, not absolute guaranteed time.
4.We will fully assist you to file claims with logistics providers and solve problems properly if goods get damaged or lost during transit.
5.Return shipping fees shall be borne by buyers for personal reasons such as dislike or mismatching. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. We cover all return freight if returns are caused by our mistakes like wrong items or defective products. We suggest choosing trackable delivery and shipping insurance for returns.
