When paying by credit card, our automated fraud prevention system may occasionally decline transactions to protect against unauthorized use. This is a standard security measure. To avoid declines, we recommend contacting your card issuer or bank in advance to inform them of your upcoming purchase.

If your payment is declined, you may use one of the following 3 solutions:

1.If you have a PayPal account, please try paying via PayPal.

2.Please try a different credit or debit card.

3.If you do not have a PayPal account, select PayPal at checkout and click “Complete Order”. You will then be redirected to a page where you can pay by credit/debit card without registering for PayPal.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We may contact you by email if additional address verification is required.

Shop Securely

At BL, we never store your full card details. Your card information remains private and secure before, during, and after your purchase. All credit card transactions are processed through fully encrypted, reputable third‑party payment providers. BL does not retain credit card information on our servers.

Pricing & Currency

All prices shown on our website are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT (sales tax) at the applicable rate. Your bank or card issuer determines the exact exchange rate if paying from outside the Eurozone. Refunds will be processed in EUR based on the original purchase amount. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates are not the responsibility of BL.

Consumption Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed are VAT‑inclusive.VAT rates vary across EU member states (standard rates generally range from 19% to 25%). We operate under a valid EU VAT registration and comply with EU distance selling / OSS rules. Depending on the destination country, the applicable VAT rate will be applied and included in the final price you pay at checkout. No additional tax will be charged upon delivery.

You do not need to pay any further sales tax or VAT to local authorities for orders placed on our website.
