Refund Policy

 

At BL, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product's quality is guaranteed.

 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Products can only be sent back after being informed and approved by email. No refund will be made if products are returned without prior approval.

 

We will provide you with a return shipping label. The actual return shipping cost will be covered as follows: for non-quality issues, it will be deducted from your refund; for quality issues or our error, we will pay for it. (See 'Return & Exchange' section for details.) Please ensure that the e-bike & e-scooter is in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

 

Easy steps to return or exchange:

 

Step 1: Contact us via email to apply for a return/exchange.

 

Step 2: Ensure that you have met all return request criteria and upload all necessary documents and pictures.

 

Step 3: Upon confirmation, ship the product back to us. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or in a sturdy box to ensure it will arrive undamaged. This is the customer's responsibility.

 

Once the products are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. We will process the refund within 5 business days.

 

Cancellation: Customers can only request an order cancellation before the package has shipped.

 

Change Address: Customers can only request to change the delivery address before the package has shipped. Once the item is shipped, a 25 handling charge will be applied for address intercepts. (Note: The order is considered shipped once a tracking number is generated.)

 

Refund Guidelines:

 

1. For non-defective / no-longer needed products:

 

(1) Unopened & Unused Merchandise: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 10-15% will be charged on all successfully returned unopened items. Alternatively, you can arrange for the items to be returned to our provided warehouse address.

 

(2) Opened Merchandise: Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it has less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Up to a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return.

 

2. For defective products:

 

(1) Within 30 days: All fees and charges are covered by BL for return/exchange/repair.

 

(2) Over 30 days: If your product develops a fault through normal use after the initial 30-day return period, you may still be entitled to have your product repaired at no cost under warranty.

 

3. Return RMA Validity: 14 days (from the date the RMA was created).

 

Return & Exchange: Only allowed within 30 days of purchase:

 

1. Products with non-quality issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs (typically 60 – €100, depending on the product's weight and your location).

 

2. Products with quality issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, shipping costs for exchange will be covered by BL.

 

3. The replacement will be shipped immediately on the second business day after we receive the package returned by the customer.

 

For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process: To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support01@blebike.com, stating your reason for return, attaching images/videos of the product, and providing your order number. Once your request is approved, you can return the item to our NL warehouse and must provide the tracking number of your returned item(s).

Important Notes:

 

1. Customers are highly advised to retain the original packaging for a safe return.

 

2. Damaged or missing accessories: If accessories are damaged or missing, we will send corresponding replacements free of charge or offer a partial refund.

 

3. Price Match Guarantee: Should the listed price of an identical product be reduced in a new promotion initiated by BL:

 

(1) Claim Period: You may request a partial refund of the price difference within 15 calendar days from your original order date.

 

(2) Method of Refund: The difference will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

(3) After 15 Days: No price adjustment will be provided. In select cases, a complimentary gift may be offered. (Note: BL reserves the right to organize any promotional events. This policy does not apply to limited-quantity deals or prices from third-party sellers.)

 

4. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery:

(1) If you provide an incorrect delivery address, or refuse to accept a package for non-quality related reasons (e.g., change of mind), any return or reshipment will incur the actual shipping costs (typically 50 – €100), which will be charged to you.

 

(2) We are not directly liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by you. However, to ensure your satisfaction, we will actively assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) and work towards a resolution. Please contact us immediately at  support01@blebike.com if this occurs.

 

5. Refund Timeframe: For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. After this time, the refund timeframe is as follows:

 

(1) PayPal account refunds: up to 2-3 business days.

 

(2) Credit card refunds: between 7-14 business days.

 

(3) We cannot issue a refund while the package is in transit. You must wait for the item to be returned to our warehouse.

 

6. Condition of Returned Items:

 

(1) If returned items are severely damaged due to improper packaging, we will deduct 10% of the product amount as a warehouse handling fee.

 

(2) If returned items arrive without packaging, we will deduct 20% of the product amount as a warehouse handling fee.
